I'm Mandy! I am addicted to cupcakes, Starbucks, and Target.

WHY I DO PHOTOGRAPHY:

I've been a photographer since 2009 and I first got interested in photography due to the enjoyment I get from being around people. One of my favorite things about being a photographer is capturing genuine moments for people to have and share with their loved ones. To be the person to help preserve those emotions and memories makes me so happy! My speciality is families and children but I love photographing lifestyle sessions, couples, and senior portraits as well.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME PERSONALLY:

My husband and I have a sweet and goofy little boy and an adorable puppy. We've been married since 2013 and still make each other laugh every single day. We enjoy watching The Office, playing Call of Duty, and dancing in the kitchen. I am blessed to have the support and love of my amazing family, friends, and you beautiful clients that I am blessed enough to photograph.

I value punctuality, honesty, kindness and reliability and work hard to achieve these things, not only in my business, but also in my personal life. I am very compassionate and have a huge heart - especially for animals and people in need. I feel that this is largely due to being raised in church and worshiping God. Without Him, I wouldn't be where I am today. He has blessed me with so many amazing people and opportunities in my life!

My goal is to take the love that I have for people combined with my passion for photography and create something beautiful for my clients. It brings me joy to offer the best experience topped with lots of laughs and genuine photos! I want to be more than just your photographer - I want to be your friend! I have met some of the most wonderful people and come away with so many new friendships through photography and I'm so grateful for that. At the end of the day, the connections I make and the people I work with is what makes being a photographer so important to me. I love what I do and I wouldn't trade it for the world!

Five fun facts about me:

1. The Office is one of my favorite TV shows. Josh and I binge watch the series on repeat - I can't even tell you how many times I've watched it. (PS: You'll notice some Office references throughout my website - especially in my Wedding Collections.)
2. I could literally live off of cupcakes and Starbucks for the rest of my life. They are my favorite food in the whole world.
3. I love to help people. That's why I started offering Compassion Sessions. If you haven't heard about them, please check out my page dedicated to that specifically!
4. I have a huge heart for animals; especially dogs. They love so unconditionally and are the best friends anyone could ask for! I even donate a portion of my profits to help shelter animals.
5. I am currently going back to school to become a Kindergarten teacher! I really enjoy working with kiddos, which is why they are some of my favorite subjects to photograph! :)
